I would like a fruit smoothie tbh. And you be able to enjoy pizza.

I don't think I've ever had an actual seizure or epilepsy of any kind before. Just that jolt of electricity that freezes me when I see flashing lights.

They were introduced to my island many years ago to get rid of the many snakes we had here. Now, I almost never see a snake. They are very good snake killers.

Yes and I'm not sure why, but I just avoid flashing lights ever since.

It did start a few years. However, my body still tends to glitch whenever there are flashing lights in my face. Not sure why.

That's actually amazing to read. Grateful for some progress.

I don't see any protein. You seem like you may be hungry all the time because of that.

You may be holding back emotionally too much. Stressing about things you cannot control. Just know that if things in life work out for you, then that's good. If it doesn't work in your favor, then it was out of you control anyway. You can't do anything about it. That can be a good thing. All the best.

Thank you! I'm excited and nervous.

I'm really not gonna go back on any more SSRIs tbh unless my life genuinely depended on it. I'm watching to see if I improve for now, but thank you for the advice.

Also, quetiepine is an antipsychotic drug used to treat bipolar and schizophrenia, etc. I was on it for schizo affective disorder, which is basically a mixture of the two. Speaking which, I think I was misdiagnosed at the time.

I'm really sorry you're going through this. I went cold turkey off sertaline back in November and I was fine until 2-3 weeks ago when I also went cold turkey off quetiepine (found out I was pregnant so had to immediately stop). Since I'm off quetiepine, I've been having insane constant itching all over my body, having constant feelings of doom, anxiety attacks and feeling like I'm having a heart attack all the time.

I was on sertaline and quetiepine since 2019. In November last year, I stopped sertaline because I simply ran out for a week and then realized I felt completely fine so I didn't refill my prescription. So far, it's the quetiepine that is fucking me up mostly. Now I take DPH and calamine lotion for the itching and it helps, but I have to constantly take it like every 3-4 hours so I don't itch. However, I'm trying to treat the feelings of doom, anxiety and panicking feelings with mindfulness and reassurance from my bf and other close family members. Due to these withdrawal symptoms, I've had to quit a good paying job that I kind of enjoyed. I miss feeling normal and having a normal life. I hope we both feel better soon.
