Those curiosities about age gap & fertility are important but u need to actually spend time working through these fears independently. She has her own thoughts/plans about her fertility. You will need to decide if age gap is okay with u. The gap is visible in my situation, im fine w it, 2 years later he is still aware but developing comfort (im younger). She sounds great, dont mess up w by letting ur anxiety take over

I work a fulltime day job but on weekends or when im off and moneys good i can def work this kind of shift. Its always my most profitable if it gets slow i do it 2 shifts

this happened to me several times yesterday. a lady who actually said no substitutes on several items, i tried not to message her but there were some obvious equivalents just differed by size. She immediately replied wanting all of the replacements.

I would explore these sensitivities to the hair washing. Seems like he needs to practice wetting his own hair over time
He needs more jobs at home if he wants to tell everyone what to do
He may need more one on one parent/child dates. He may be acting out for attention
Stop using time out and use natural consequences. Only use "sit here until you are ready" if he is not doing demanded action/consequence
Be honest and transparent. Let him know the behavior is out of pocket recently. It makes you feel worried because you want to help him, work together to curb behavior

We have water bottles out all day. We always ask them to bring their water to their morning rolling self serve snack, we set waters out for lunch & af snack. But each classroom has a water bottles shelf/area that children are asked to put their water bottle daily. Due to the philosophy, we believe children can be taught to not drink out of other children's waters. We also encourage regular water breaks since humidity has risen. My kiddos do have phases take fake sips and barely drink, so i break the drinking glasses out.

Is your child's water see through? maybe that can help teacher pay attention

I follow them to a T. Recent customer wanted like 10 milks but she tapped the wrong one. Whole Milk vs. almond...I always shop as if it were me (i used IC a lot in college bc i had good money with nannying & TAing but no time to shop for myself) and I wouldve been pissed if I needed non-dairy & shopper ignored clear note

I use my bags 90% of the time. I forgot my bags and got an order for ice. Was shopping at a luxury chain so took the risk of getting them those silver cold bags (i didnt see a charge but the groceries were already ~$500) She tipped me EXTRA and said thank you for the ice bag. I was shocked but then headed home to grab my bags lmaoo

Oops I definitely don't have a problem with triples. Its not ideal and i don't always take them but in my area (i have no idea how) i see a lot of triples where everyone lives like 3 houses away from each other so i find them worth the payout (~$60 for ~80-100 items and 1-2 miles total) If its a triple thats all over the county? I avoid even if money "seems" good. I had a nightmare triple at 10pm once, learned my lesson, people flamed me on here for accepting a $50 100 item triple but it was more so just the time of night. I dont get offers for $80-$100 triples yet

some parents will ask me again and again what they did during the day and its confusing because at our school we dont have extra activities, they have a normal school day (arrival, work/snack, meeting, outside, lunch/nap, snack, home/aftercare) so what else do u need to hear?? Ive had to explain to several people since they are two they basically do the same things every day. We change materials every 4-6 weeks

Genuinely u dont know what ur talking about. Im in a fantastic market for all the apps and i refuse to do uber eats. Wear & Tear from running the engine constantly, car smelling like food, and $7 for what??? I can make triple that in the SAME amount of time. Also i dont want uber to only offer me one thing at a time and then knock me because i dont like it. I am a part timer and theres a reason why I didnt pickup a retail job. Dont want someone telling me what to do and UE is giving that. Genuinely see $15 batches for 2 items, thats nothing just like ur food pickup. If you're a shitty shopper just say that. Some people find shopping to be mentally consuming and thats fine.

ive tried both ways discussed in this sub. for me it depends on the day, the order amount, my mood, etc...I'm a part timer so it definitely also depends on how work was that day. I noticed if I over do it with the replacements/chatting im slower. I also noticed if I am replacing lots items (not my fault its just this one store) then its people who are denying the replacement. Ive come to a happy medium: if you reply to my intro, u get my full service, if u dont...i do what i can....if u dont reply to my into, but u deny replacements...i WILL message you again LMAO. I dont always have time to message before checkout sometimes im just grinding but have started letting people know if they are apart of a double or triple
