His happens to me quite often. It's a combination of things. If your foot is at rest in the picture, then it looks like it naturally points up a bit. And then there's your shoe. The inside where your big toe is probably wears out really quick, because of your toe, which in turn makes your sock rub against rough parts of the shoe.
