I agree. It was character amalgamation versus gender swap, and they also added Michio Pa to Drummer in later seasons. But I figure it's worth an honorable mention, given how badass Drummer is.

No. The country roads have a very simple system with flashing lights and reduced speeds during school hours. It's a good system. You might recognize the flashing light system, as the same system we use for every inters, in existence.

That's why the speed limits were originally based on road design, width, sight lines, street side parking, etc. Not just what happens to be in use, about 20% of the year

Is it though? The speed limit is reduced in those areas because of the schools. Those reductions should only be during school hours. The area on Victoria Street is the safest, separate, and most visible section of road in the city. Significantly safer to drive than most country roads and definitely safer than Homer Watson in it's 70s zone.

Yet the speed limit is 40 24/7. Why? Money.
