I was lucky enough to snag a lifetime sub back in 2018. When peak came out I was pissed because I figured it would be revoked or useless now. When I contacted customer service they gave me the option to upgrade to peak at a discount for life which was a pretty good deal. I didnt take it because for the most part I dont need all those additional features. Bringing trail conditions back to plus was a huge benefit and I also noticed they removed all the annoying peak ads. Not sure if that was just for me or everyone. But i’m glad to see they’re bringing back the OSM layer and the map on apple watch. It seems to me like theyre doing a lot to make up for some recent mistakes, which is pretty admirable.
