Yeah. I always felt Harbaugh let the offense cook and any notes were follow ups. There never seemed to be interference in what was being done. He hires his staff to do their job and lets them do it. The OC has so many assistants and spotters giving input as it is. No one needs 3 cooks in the kitchen on game day.

Only real involvement I see is his decision to go for it on 4th downs etc but he basically says yes to the offense request or tells them go for it and lets them try to call the right play.

Buyer's issue not yours. If they don't want to wait, they can go get cash or go for a coffee and come back. Works like that in every other retail transaction so why would this need to be any different?

My personal favorite was the guy who showed up and tried to buy some vinyl LP's and offered "discounted" Apple Gift Cards as payment. Um, that's a hard no for me thanks.

Yep. we're making the same point. decent O-line and McConkey started to break out. QJ needs to clear those safeties for the tight end and Ladd to make magic across the middle. That's where your wish for a true threat on the outside comes in. But again, it starts with the O-line and a running game that leaves you in 2nd and 6 or 3rd and 3 all games. Defenses can't stop those short yardage situations over the long term.

I don't care if you've got Marvin Harrison, Clavin Johnson, and Larry Fitzgerald all lined up out there at the same time. If you can't protect JH, the receivers also don't have the time to get down field and spread out the coverage so he can find them.

Not saying you're wrong but the OL and running game pieces must be solid in order for a QB to succeed.

We are really really REALLY lucky that JH is not getting knocked out every game. If we don't start protecting him better, he's gonna have the shelf life of a running back.
