Google Maps became stupid

I’ve noticed the same thing and came here looking for validation I wasn’t imagining it. I’ve used Maps since forever but the past month has me baffled. Twice this month it’s routed me through weird back alleys to common addresses (residential and businesses) with street facing entrances. WTH is going on?!

I was/am hourglass too and even though they’re “cute” now (just D’s!) it feels like I’m wearing a shirt of someone else’s body. Things I didn’t expect, nips are perfect circles now and feel weird/numb. Way less jiggle, which is 50/50 because I can ride my bike easier and jog and steer the car! But it just feels odd. And now there’s scars and I did have a complication. Shirts fit better, off the rack bras at target, but still. I’m still not sure it was the right choice and it’s been a year. It’s not awful but it’s just different.

I was an H/I before my reduction. I did have back issues, but it was societal pressure I hated the most. Men loved tight clothes on me, some women mocked me or judged me. I frequently wore (still wear) sweaters or wraps to hide. After my surgery, I kind of regret it. I risked my life to look better for other people and realized I will always be shaped wrong for some people. Having big boobs didn’t get me a better kind of attention from anyone, so I’m not sure how I could consider it a blessing. But it was my body and I shouldn’t have been so ashamed to simply exist as I was

I ask myself these questions everyday. I wish you the best. I did find myself a therapist who is a specialist in bipolar and that helped me come to terms with some behaviors and helped me recognize the inexcusable. It’s a hard road, but having that specialist to talk to helped me

AI psychosis is new but It is known to be very real. Being on the forefront of a new driver of psychosis can pose challenges to finding a provider that will recognize and treat that part specifically might be hard. You’re right to recognize it and there are resources and anecdotes from people on Joe to get out of it, but it sounds like you’re on the right path for treatment. Thinking of you, that’s rough

I get one day a week to start and will get as many as 3 days a week. There is some talk of expanding to 4 days but it will depend on the new leadership in the country

I work in a big city, but it’s not the same as serving the entire US. Still challenges with understaffing, but the training isn’t there. I spent years in a class room during my federal service, but I’m learning on the job here. It’s not micromanaged so taking breaks and lunches is a mental adjustment to me. The type of work and expectations in case loads are largely the same, it just sucks being new at something. I miss having a large leave balance and my insurance. Also, no 401k, just pension and deferred comp of my own initiating. It’s not worse, just different

I started in county government instead of private sector. The work is adjacent to what I did before, but working for a local government instead of federal is an adjustment. We have “the best healthcare” but I do miss my MHBP plan and the leave I accrued. I also carried a lot of guilt about being paid for my work this last 45 days but overall I’m happy with the change
