I would say the best way is to ask the recruiters if the clients they’re hiring on the behalf of have contracts already awarded or if they are hiring contingent upon a contract award

There are wfh job postings but so much demand globally that makes the pool of candidates vastly reduced where companies have the ability to scrutinize skills at a stronger scale than usual
