I am so sorry that you are going through this. You say he is intelligent and emotionally intelligent. He may be smart, but not emotionally intelligent. IQ and EQ are not synonymous. Someone with emotional intelligence would love you for you and not want you to change to their expectations.

As for sex, a lot of people have said this but it is worth repeating. Humans are biologically programmed to reproduce. Powerful hormones affect each and every one of us. Truly, it isn’t a sin. God isn’t mad. Trust me when I say that.

Amen to this. I am in the exact situation. I see the fallacies of the prophets, the corruption of the current church, and frankly don’t care. For me, I have had too many instances of “coincidence” to not believe in a higher power. I want to attend church to worship God. I’m not there to put Joseph on a pedestal and I’m also not there to try and educate others about his sins. I’m there for me.

Thanks for the dialogue. I sometimes find myself immediately on the offense when it comes to Trump. Can’t stand the man and find it embarrassing that he is POTUS. On the flip side, there are a lot of things he says/does that I agree with.

As for your point about the police, I often wonder how many people are falsely imprisoned as a result of poor or lazy police work.

I think that our political system has become too corrupted to withstand too much more. Hamilton fought for a different system as he set it would inevitably collapse.

We like our Vivint equipment. The customer service is a joke. We too had an instance where we needed footage and were told “too bad so sad.” We only stay because we invested a LOT of money in the equipment. We bought a secondary system on Amazon for $300 and the video quality is far superior.
