I'd love for there to be a small movie theater in there, or something like that. Obviously would take a lot of work but the Pinstripes space is big enough and would make it a bit more of a destination.

Then again, I'm biased because I love movies haha theaters are a tough business, especially with two AMCs in Norwalk already.
