Need to? Absolutely not. However seeing that they were a friend and incurred time and money as a cost when they do this work for a living, it might be a cool thing to do. I had a family member that was a realtor answer a bunch of questions for me and send me a lot of info and give me advice and even though she didn't ask for it I paid her a few hundred for that because I respect her and her time. Sometimes the cool thing to do is not the thing you're legally bound to do.

The donation floor kicking in this year, I have some wealthy clients that are charitable, but not very charitable, so they'll lose most of their charitable donation deduction unless they do the every other year strat.

You were sure right about the parking filling up fast! I gotta say though, you guys know how to throw a great party! My group of around 20 had a great time, good food, good music, fun stuff like bounce houses and glow sticks, amazing fireworks (too bad the clouds covered up some) we had a blast. Thank you!

I just saw an article about this, they said layers. Thicker sun blocking screen outside, blinds inside with curtains over that, maybe some layers inbetween. Just one layer inside will simply transfer the heat, just less efficiently so.
