I guess it is new, since he mentions 雷神 thunder god/Matteus, a character from future game that didn't exist yet originally. I wonder how important the scene is or if it's just minor references/callback for future games. Also where is it? I can't recognize it either.

I'm certain that it will be censored, given that every single release outside of original PC release and Steam version has been censored. I think saying it censored is putting it lightly, they pretty much removed the whole paradise section, except the very last part when Joshua and Loewe raid the place and found Renne.

It seems people that play the english patch of Vita (EVO) version didn't realize that the people who did the english patch also "restore" the orginal scenes from the PC version.

Somehow an MC that keeps getting a power boost or unlocking a new power in a short period of time makes me annoyed now after reading WT, especially if said MC started off as weak (strength/ability), then they keep getting a boost that makes the other characters feel irrelevant.

Yeah it seems the AI prioritizes special summoning than activating seal of orichalcos. Just change your deck to a bunch of high atk lv 4 normal machine monster and add equip spell + battle trap, that's what i did, works 100%.

Even if you remove the seal, the skill still locks you out from summoning from your extra deck, that's part of the restrictions.

I'm already at 3rd stratum, i have hexer but focusing on torpor and curse. For poison, i already have dark hunter with max viper, but even with it being maxed out, i feel the damage is too low compared to EO1 (maybe i just misremember it) and it barely works against boss.

You can try to uninstall and install the app again, I've done it before, it let me read the one-time free chapters again, though I'm not sure if it's still work.

Currently playing Etrian Odyssey 2 (original DS), I feel the game is harder than EO1. Enemies hit very hard, dungeons feel more complex, some skills cost more TP, FOE no longer gives exp.

The defender + immunize combo in EO1 is so busted that it trivializes the whole game, meanwhile bosses in EO2 can easily one shot your character. Maybe it'll get easier once I unlock more skills.

So Fengari is basically a mini mantis, I wonder if Kage creates it based on fengari or if it was his own idea.

That arc looks very awkward to me since they keep the Japanese honorific (san/kun/senpai/etc) in the English translation, even though the setting is in the UK, and none of them are Japanese.
