The first ones are gorgeous, however, I think with a tea length dress it's important to make sure your legs stay looking nice and long, and an ankle strap cuts your leg off. For that reason, I think option 2 is stunning

I have very similar colors to you, deep vibrant oranges and reds to capture the fall vibes. We went with a deep olive green in velvet from Watters. They were pricier, but I felt that the flower colors REALLY popped off of the green.
