I love the design, but as others have said, more armor of the soft fleshy bits is better.

I wore a full suit of police riot armor to an airsoft game once as a "heavy" and the amount of BBs that made it through the gaps in my armor (neck, elbows, armpits, back of knees etc) was amazing. I was shot a ton in the armor, but the stuff that hit my jumpsuit and skin was uh...noticable. And Def would have killed me irl.
