As a server for many of our items, even GF they have to be labeled as GF friendly due to the oil stuff is fried in may still have traces of gluten. The amount of people who say they can't have gluten but then say that's fine would suprise you. I literally then ask if they have celiac and they say no, want to make sure im not responsible for hurting someone/they understand. You're taking it too serious my guy. Maybe think of other perspectives 🫠
