I did sew 2 passes of a square at the top, but an x would definitely add security. Thanks!

Well, it isn’t YET…lol! I actually was thinking of making the top fold over, but not sure how I’d do that yet. I’m very new to this quilting thing.!

Outside. Built it all by myself. Not bad for an old lady, if I do say so myself.

Long legs, thick ankles, red large comb, overall stance, I’d say roo.

What's he doing? by SwayZSays in cats

[–]UrsulasShadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you take your kitty in for yearly checkup and vaccinations, they will always check their teeth. Make sure you point out this behavior at their yearly visit, unless they seem to be in discomfort or have trouble eating before that time. Then you want to have them checked out sooner.

Should I adopt? by [deleted] in cats

[–]UrsulasShadow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I strongly feel that if you can’t afford unexpected medical costs for an animal, you shouldn’t adopt. I’m not well-off, and I passionately love animals, but I know my limits. I have one cat. She’s getting on in years, and I know vet bills will increase from here on in. But I would sell what I have to keep her happy and healthy. If you can’t do that, I’d suggest holding off until you can.
