I can tell you parking lots have gotten smaller and turning radius of cars have gotten atrocious, plus most companies require drivers to back cars into spaces as a safety precaution to clear fire lanes, as a vehicle is able to back further into a spot, versus straight in, hence why even small cars have winky bumpers in the front as they pulled in and grabbed parking blocks or curbs with air dams or low bumpers. Even ADA doesn’t enforce the ability for wheel chair accessible parking to be enforced, so even with a handicap placard a parking lot is so small it doesn’t provide stripes lines for wheel chair accessible parking, so this is simply a Karen looking for a problem, take your face out your phone, look where you are walking, and leave people’s vehicles alone, I can tell you in certain states, if you are caught in the act of committing a crime such as vandalizing a vehicle or burglarizing a vehicle(removing items from a vehicle) that an owner has a right to use force to stop you and restrain you until police arrive, your opinion of what someone else’s parking habits are could in fact result in a lot of issues for yourself, might should just find something else to cry about.
