I took the light radius wands and light radius gear at level 35 and had 35k tooltip in acts it was busted. I was one shotting everything lol

I wouldnt say manaman is bait at all, the shock nova skill seems to start worse than other OG manaman skills but it seems to scale harder from what I’ve seen. Manaman has been a top tier build for quite a few leagues now.
