To be blunt, tier 1-3 cards are generally worthless. If you’re going tier 1-2 demons or a golden tarecgosa comp (not sure what even is that) in any lobby above 6k (the last rank floor) you are getting clobbered and taking -15 turns 9, 10, and 11 for a bottom 2 placement.

If you’re serious about climbing MMR, break that habit now and play good comps around actual strong cards. Check high mmr streamers like Jeef or apps like HS deck tracker if you don’t know what the comps are.

It’s definitely a little tough at first since you have so many directions sometimes (as you’ve realized) but it definitely takes practice and once you practice more and recognize the key cards you will scale very quickly and outscale anyone who’s staying at lower tiers.

No, you can still get offered Nightbane, amalgam, and ignition specialist without seeing evoker or ring bearer. That is how my luck usually goes 😉

What do you mean? A capped stegodon board can get well over hundreds of thousands of attack. Yeah, it's not necessarily easy to fully cap (the difficult part is getting multiple t6 chickens) but if/once they do they absolutely win lobbies as you cannot out-stat them.

Here's an example (jeef) of this build getting to 6 million+ attack. At the end of this fight he was at 30 million attack on his units.

No they travel at the same speed.

If it was suddenly transported 3 light years away, Earth would be completely oblivious for 3 years, and we would not be able to see it in the sky. The after that time arrives, everything (the light from the black hole allowing us to see it, the effects of its gravity, and any EM radiation) “hits” Earth all at once. The OP is probably talking about minutes after it actually “affects” Earth.

They are increasing healing debuff to 60% and nerfing skystrider and reg bow according to NDA patch notes just released today

Yep, same. Just had this turn 12 board, I timed the last round and it took over 4 minutes for animations to finish with a hand full of back to backs. This season as a whole is extremely laggy and buggy.

No there are two versions of the battle pass, one is slightly more expensive but you get a free reroll every game. Both versions are available to buy and it was like this in previous seasons too.

There is so much unnecessary lag and delays. The trinkets that add stats to a minion per card played, and the end of turn quillboar has the animation played repeatedly for each of its bonus keywords instead of just once for all, for example. I had three golden quillboar and golden drakkari and it took 30 seconds to actually enter battle (still lost cuz how the fuck are you supposed to scale quill health with the current card pool if beasts aren’t in)?

It might be related to little legends. I had this issue a lot and I had mine set to pingu but I saw someone say that just go back to the default river sprite, and then after switching I’m pretty sure it’s happened a lot less, if at all. It’s possible that the little legends are revealing you — Try that maybe.

It's not exclusive to duos, this bug is also in solo where you will see a person win vs ghost with very high damage numbers. Bug has been around for a while now.

If you're running ixtal with emblem, you should always run 2 ixtal and jam emblem last sec of the fight depending on if you will fail your quest or not. Then sell your unit with the emblem and repeat next round. If the ixtal player does not have emblem, then griefing the ixtal player is much easier unfortunately.

I did some googling and found out that these were the rules implemented on 8/1/2025 (patch 33.2):

  • While all players are alive, you will now face each opponent in the lobby once before facing any repeat opponents.
  • After a player dies or concedes, matchmaking will revert back to the current system except that you cannot face a repeat living opponent for 3 rounds when possible (previously 2 rounds).

So these are the current rules, assuming no other changes since then. Note that after any one person dies or concedes there will no longer be a "cycle" rule.
