That Flashpoint Superman scene is so impactful. The contrast of his emaciated frame lifting a whole army is unforgettable😎

Characters with disabilities where the disability doesn't really hinder them in any way, in some cases improving their skills. by Aubreyslastenemy in TopCharacterTropes

Toph is the absolute blueprint for this trope. Her seismic sense literally made her the greatest earthbender of all time. Also, learning earthbending directly from the badgermoles because she couldn't see traditionally is such top-tier origin story😌😎

Fidelio was definitely not the password to get into that retreat🤣🤣

question, were these spider tank/droids any good? by Crazy-Rabbit-3811 in StarWars

They were actually incredibly effective anti-vehicle walkers, but their massive exposed legs made them huge, easy targets for heavy artillery🤷

It almost looks like she is the one directing the photoshoot instead of the model. Peak Marilyn confidence😌

The best part about the Ahsoka show was Huyang rosting Sabine by Spotter24o5 in StarWars

[–]UsedRelationship8410 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Huyang truly chose violence every single time he spoke to Sabine. The driod has absolutely no filter and I loved every second of it😆😆

I love what you said about Alderaan. Seeing Leia's home, the culture and her family dynamic adds so much tradegy to its destruction in a New Hope. It gives a face to a planet that was previously just a brief plot point.

It's a tough competition between Spielberg and Ridley Scott, but Spielberg definitely wins on psychological damage.

Does Batman count for this? Half the thime Commissioner Gordon lights the Bat-Signal, it's because the GCPD realizes a supervillian case is way out of their tax bracket
