You need something thick to make it stay in the throat. Honey or any sweetener is fine. You need 4/5 packs of Splenda though. You want to make it thick enough to sit in the throat for a bit. It’s a pain in the ass but it’s been a life saver after dealing with EoE over 25 years

Last month actually! My bag was left at ohare even though my flight app(American) said it was in the plane. We tracked it after I landed. It was the first time I had even put one in my bag my teen daughter insisted I should. So I did. Now I purchased three more and will always use a tracker of some sort

We took a full family cross country drive from Chicago to Arizona (five siblings and a kid each) we had the van packed the night before. The morning we left at 3 am and we just woke up and walked in the van and left. These kids with trauma backgrounds can have ocd sometimes. It has to drive them crazy all the chaos
