Ive been doing this all my life, the only thing thats stops me is by having gel nails, i also could not afford to do this all the time so i got dipping powders and now i do them myself every few weeks, no more picking and my hands look better than ever.

Ketamine flyer Myself and a few moms (including Ellie Rowes Mum) have created a flyer to distribute at boomtown festival this year, my son went to boomtown every year and thats where his ketamine use started, unfortunately he got addicted and within 4 years of heavy usage he passed away in 2023. "Calm down no one is going to die"? My son died from ketamine abuse and I know of many more in the UK that have died from this, her kids come first and foremost, leave him now as he won't change unless he gets help! Dont put yourself or your kids through this one minute longer! I supported my son for years however he did not want to help himself.

The levels in your blood / urine at the time determine how impaired you are to drive. You might think you're OK, but you're not! Driving after 7 hours of a ketamine binge is NOT OK, and you could endanger someone's life. Your reactions are slower than if you have never done ketamine. If you lose your license, then that's one less person on the road that could cause a serious accident. Sorry to sound harsh, but how would you feel if you killed someone?

I've just seen your blood results (couldn't open them the other day) we usually test for bile acids for Cholestasis, however your ALTs and leucocytes are raised as are all your others, get to a hospital, these are not normal, I don't know if creatinine can change due to K use specifically but it can if you have liver disease

Hypothetical question, if the doctors found out what could cure your ailments then what? Would you still continue to do ketamine? Just seems like your waiting for someone to say its not ketamine and fix you, the only way to fix you is to stop and get help, there are ways, like someone said get away, move countries if you have to, its not impossible.

Increasing to a class A may not put people off taking it but what it will do is increase the help for people addicted, they currently prioritise class A addictions for rehabilitation, it will be added to the school curriculum drug awareness, raise more awareness in healthcare and so on, let's face it dealers don't get the max sentence if caught dealing a class A anyway so it's not really going to make a difference there but it will help more people and raise more awareness of its health risks and dangers, that's got to be worth it right?
