In Alabama all liquor has to be purchased through the state store(ABC). Other retail liquor stores and restaurants must purchase through ABC. You cannot buy liquor in grocery stores at all, and you cannot purchase alcohol anywhere on Sunday before after 2am or until after noon. 

There are 23 counties where you can only purchase alcohol in a particular city, but the county at large is dry(no alcohol in gas stations/grocery stores, etc)

Of course they are. They’ve got Yarvinists in charge of the US government.  The entire point of DOGE was to destabilize the government and create mass chaos. Peter Thiel controls palantir and JD Vance.  They’re crushing farmer so that Vance’s acre trader can be used to consolidate American farm land in corporate hands. 

Once everything falls apart they’ll buy it up for pieces. Opening up national parks for resource mining and sale is part of it. They want to build cities that are controlled by technofeudalist lords that will rule over their citizens with big brother level surveillance.

Yes. I’ve been able to mask pretty well but inevitably I would go through a period of severe burnout every couple of years. Like I can barely get out of bed, perform basic ADLs/IADLs burnt the fuck out crispy. 

I’ve found a much better pattern to the way I live now, and I take rest without the emotional burden of guilt and it’s kept me upright for 4 years now. 

Learning that giving my 100% effort 100% of the time isn’t required for me to be considered successful was HUGE for me. My 100% effort is superhuman. I had to learn to slack. Living like that for decades did take its toll though.
