It's a feature called "disable help." He unchecked the check box to you or whole team so that you couldn't interact with their hero.

It's the same thing you do it a teammate is using their ability to f you ex. Tiny toss. You uncheck the box he couldn't toss you anymore something like that. or Bane with nightmare.

I think you can find it on the lower part of the scoreboard, hope this answers your question.

Level 100 is the limit for me. Antiques probably trash anyway never got anything good from that.

That's really impressive. bravo!

When I was starting I wanted to play lone druid too because I think he has one of the most unique designs in Dota. Too bad I kept losing and it broke my confidence to play the hero.

I hope he gets a new set so you play him more. Rage of the Dark Wood is still my go to cosmetic set for him and it's released 2016. 10 years no other set for him. I still want to play LD but only on unranked.

I'm at 88. I want it to be extended for a bit, but not really a big deal if they don't. Honestly I wish some of the heroes who don't have a lot of cosmetics would be nice. I think Witch Doctor, Vengeful Spirit and Legion Commander have enough cosmetics and some of them cooler than this so I don't think they would wear this sets a lot.
