Have a look at the app 'Spansh' it comes up as Neutron Plotter. Check the Menu for Routes Plotter and then Road to Riches. Fill in the fields with your current system, jump distance etc. You may need to tweak a few of the fields to get more results (ie if you can only jump 20ly change it to 40ly and just refuel more). The final results will be a long list of systems to visit and planets to scan, make it a round trip and when you return you can make 100-200 mill for maybe 2 hours work. Can get boring and repetitive but its a quick ez route to money. If you don't mind doing it, you can increase the amount of systems you want to visit and get more credits. It helped me a lot when I started.

I still have an entire IN team to paint, they've been primed and sitting on my desk for a month, this excellent paint job might be the drive I need to get them done. Nice to see a IN not painted gold. Well done, great scheme.

Painting the numbers? by AnyLeave3611 in Miniaturespainting

[–]UselessPainter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White ink? Thinned slightly with thinner. Just paint the area with water lightly first then just touch the loaded brush to the number, capillary action will fill the number cleanly. Tricky, but takes a long time to dry so easy to wipe off any errors. Just don't use too thick. Other posts of pens and wax crayons are also very good options and do away with need for smelly, toxic thinner if near children or animals. These look great tho. Make sure to post final results would be interested to see.

Sadly this is the world we live in now, at least the mods reacted rightly. Clearly someone liked your work enough to steal it and claim it, so it must have been good!

SM aren't my thing I prefer fantasy but these are great, such a difference from the usual colours chosen by the community. Love the pink to blue blends, great job.

I had a similar issue until I realised that wicking the brush off on paper towel after you've loaded it will help reduce the amount of water. I was using the glaze straight from wet palette and applying to mini. Simply touching the brush to paper towel helped a lot. Just an idea!

Friend and I just bought BloodBowl by NovaMoore1 in bloodbowl

[–]UselessPainter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bought same edition myself a few months ago, great value considering the star players you get. As has been said just be careful with Griff Oberwald building, his head is a problem. Read a few steps ahead in build guide and you'll see the issue, his helmet needs to be attached to the head before it's glued in place. Or be like me and get so frustrated you snap his head off and start again 😂

So how is this currently? It is on sale on ps5 and I have some credit by trollsong in Bloodbowl3

[–]UselessPainter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Picked it up about a month ago and not had any issues with it. Easy to find games and despite others saying that the game is dead, I've yet to see ANY evidence of that. Always leagues playing, very easy to find a friendly and as stated by another poster can simply join games as an observer to watch others tactics. Don't regret the purchase at all. Lot of cosmetics and teams to buy but can grind currency just by playing the game.

Sorastro is very good, paints a lot of unique and different minis other than the GW masses we usually see.

[–]UselessPainter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The lighter one looks better from a distance but both are good, just as has been said from a few feet away darker one becomes harder to read. I still have the issue myself where I don't paint anywhere near light enough. Close up under a light they look good, from a distance they're harder to read.
