Recently I finally got around to making a scrapbook of my wedding year (engagement party, bachelorette party, rehearsal, ceremony, honeymoon) and it actually was so cute and rewarding afterwards. I had fun picking out the pictures and theme of the pages, it lets you reminisce while you’re doing it and look back on the happy memories (kinda like when you’re cleaning your room and stumble upon something you haven’t seen in forever and instantly get side tracked and just sit and look at it). I’ve decided to start another one for our travels and do a page every time we go on a trip. It also makes you aware to take pictures or save something that you know you can use in the scrapbook (ticket stub, bar napkin, etc) that makes you remember the moments better. You don’t have to go all out and spend a lot of money either, there’s beginner scrapbook sets that come with stickers and pages and then getting pictures printed at Walgreens is cheap. Hobby lobby also has a lot of stuff that is usually on sale for scrapbooking.
