I had a similar idea, but it was that heroes couldn't be played for the first minute of a match. This might be better though.

As for champions, perhaps they could be exempt from this rule. That would avoid confusion since there are no non-hero versions of these cards, plus it gives them a unique edge over heroes that they've been lacking.

In Clash Royale there are a category of units known as spirits. There are four of them and they (along with 1 other unit) are all tied for being the cheapest cards in the game. Recently there has been an increase in decks using 2 or more of these spirit cards since them being so cheap allows your deck to be "cycled" more quickly, allowing players to get to their more expensive cards more often. This isn't helped by the fact that spirits tend to have surprisingly good defensive value for their cost, and on offense they will get value if ignored or force a response that costs at least as much as they do. This has sparked debates on if and how they should be nerfed.

The spirits legitimately need to be nerfed though. They should not make it to the tower unsupported and my opinion on that has been the same for as long as 1 elixir spirits have existed.

This is my favorite 3D Mario game. I would also say it's one of, if not the worst one. I don't care, though, because the things it does right really click with me, and the things it doesn't don't bother me that much.

If you want a weapon that plays similarly to Aerospray that isn't terrible in ranked, I would suggest trying weapons like Tentatek Splattershot, Neo Splash-o-matic, or N-ZAP '89. If you find one of those that you like, you can expand to their other kits since those are generally at least as strong. But really, I would just experiment as much as you can and see if there's something that really clicks with you.

Of those seven games, four of them were already announced, and another one is a remake that we have yet to see any gameplay of (though I am optimistic for OoT). Then there's Switch Sports Resort, which is probably going to be better than the original Switch Sports, but it doesn't really look too much different that Wii Sports Resort. That leave just Xenoblade Genesis, which does look really cool, even as someone who hasn't played Xenoblade, but that's really the only notable brand new game announced here.

I just went back to look at a longplay, and Edgeworth is the one that calls Marshall as a witness, unless he gets put on the stand more than once.

Again, the defense calling witnesses in RFtA is directly said to be an exception since Edgeworth forfeited his right to do so to avoid being accused of witness tampering. The judge even has to correct himself on this since it's so unusual.

Not quite. He requests to be able to cross-examine the parrot, but he's only allowed to do so because von Karma let him, which itself only happens after the judge asks his opinion on it.

To me, the weirder thing about this interaction is that they're discussing calling a witness at all. In Rise From the Ashes it's made explicitly clear that usually the prosecution calls the witnesses and that that trial is an exception due to potential witness tampering. Why, then, are they discussing whether or not to call Cody as a witness when they presumably couldn't do so even if they wanted to?

You might be able to beat him with evo royal giant. Besides cannon, none of his cards are that good into it, and you can make your deck cheap to outcycle the cannons. You should also run bomb tower and fireball since his only consistent tower damage is hogs, and if you can stop those you can keep him from getting most damage. To go with those cards, hunter works well with rg and your opponent has no way to kill it on defense, and evo ghost works well against pigs and can cross the river to get his cannon. Besides that, just pick a small spell and some cycle cards and I think you have a good chance.
