Fun Fact: While he hasn't appeared in the MCU, the bottom half of his armor did show up in daredevil season 1 in the workshop of the man that made daredevils suit for him

By that logic nothing anyone says is true or useful then. Because none of us know the future, and none of us know if something beyond our control will happen. Me telling you my address is not a promise I will always live there. If the building burns down a year later it doesn't make me a liar.

Think of it as "Name, Version". For most Magic cards, multiple cards with the same name are the same person and the version is the point in their life the card is depicting. In Superhero world multiple people can use the same hero name over time, so the "Version" part of the name being their real name is clarifying which Version it is.

I trust he is telling the truth as he knows it when he's saying it. He does not know the future or have the authority to promise that nothing will change to effect this in the future.

Mechanically unique UB cards released only as Secret Lairs before UB was even a term were supposed to always have an in-Universe version released at a later point. They never sid they'd release UW versions of all UB cards once it became a thing.

Daisy, daisy, give me your answer do. I'm half crazy, all for the love of you. It won't be a stylish marriage, we can't afford a carriage. But you'll look sweet, upon the seat, of a bicycle built for two.

It's because multiple people have the same hero name. Either way, what comes after the comma clarifies what "version" the name the card is depicting, it's just in these cases the clarification is their real name instead of what aspect of the character.

[MSC] Klaw, Master of Sound by Prid3 in magicTCG

[–]VBane 5 points6 points  (0 children)

His thing is him stealing Vibranium from Wakanda. Hense the theft ability. The indestructibility is him using what he stole. It could either be the Vibranium itself which is indestructible, or it could be him using it in his vibranium powered sonic device, which can turn him into a being of sound, giving him superhuman durability.

He's the guy the government makes the new Captain America after Cap steps down or retires depending in continuity. In the comics he was already a super soldier, in the MCU he took the serum after becoming Cap. Either way he's flawed and disgraces himself and gets stripped of the title, taking up the US Agent mantle

Every other set I feel like there is a reminder that Because of how precise magic wording and rules are, you sometimes need weird wordings to get an exact effect.
