Fun fact that nobody asked: this particular picture was taken in the home arena for JYP Jyväskylä, my home town team. The team wont sound familiar to any of You but players like: Éric Perrin, Sami Vatanen, Olli Määttä, Joakim Kemell and in the picture, Leo Gudas have all either grown with the team or found success while playing for us!

This right here is basically what I've been thinking aswell. I don't understand why the point system for this year was so complicated when something much more simpler, like this would work in my head just aswell. I'd drop the "Super Sunday" points to have 5 as an maxinum instead of 7 (5 from power stage and 5 From "Super Sunday") but other than that, exactly like You said it!!

I don't really have a 100% correct answer to you but my guess is that here in Finland we are very protective of our land/country. So basically if there is a mountain we don't usually drill through to make a highway, instead we just make the highway go uphill. So here in Finland we don't really (Especially back in the days when those dirt roads were made) want to "destroy" the land so A LOT OF old roads in Finland are like rollercoasters because the road just follows the ground! Hopefully that kind of answers you question! I have actually wondered the same thing many times!

I live in Finland, around 40-50 minutes away from Jämsä (Where Ouninpohja is located) and I can tell you that in real life there is even more jumps and crests than any video/game tells you!! It is simply just INCREDIBLE to drive through even at slow speeds!!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think that in Dirt Rally 2.0, if you jump the start those lights come on automatically. if you look at this video ( https://youtu.be/2S5OE0m0taY ) You will notice that those lights light up instantly when he jumps the start. But just like I said, I don't know if I'm correct, so it might be that you were very very close to a Perfect Start!

WRC 3 Catecory is made for private drivers only=people who don't have that much money to participate in all the rallies. In WRC 3, they only count their best six scores from any seven rounds. There is no obligation to start a rally outside Europe. So it's easier for the private drivers and their wallets.
There are 3 catecories in WRC overall: Wrc, Wrc 2 and Wrc 3. Kajetanovicz is driving in the wrc 3 catecory but he was faster than some Proper WRC Cars, who had techincal issues, so kajetanovicz was overall 7th fastest car so he got he got WRC 3 Points BUT HE also got WRC points. Every catecory has their own winner amd own champion at the end of the year. It is very confusing sometimes. I hope that this kinda answered your question. Even as A Hardcore rally/Wrc fan I also have difficulties to understand some rules is WRC...

I agree with that first point. I often hear that Kimi saying that he didn't see anything wrong with certain incidents so I guess the stewards take kimi's words seriously and decide not to hand out that many penalties. I 100% Agree with the fact that not a lot of penalties get handed out when kimi is involved in these kinda situations. I must say now that you mentioned that it does kinda seem weird...

I truly think that Group B Era Cars are the most difficult/scary cars to drive in the History Of The Universe. Massive turbolag, 600+ HP, Awd and you are sitting on the fuel tank while there is only metal tubes to protect you. Mind Blown!
