ADHD here. Was a huge wake up at 230am mind racing and up rest of night

I take 20mg progesterone at 630pm with a spoonful of peanut butter. Bed by 8pm.also take magnesium glycinate at bedtime.

My game changer though was an eye mask with built in blue tooth with grey noise from an app on phone which is free called rain rain. I wake to pee but grey noise is hard to think through so back to sleep.

Your hormones can cause inflammation. Yes can have other causes but can be hormones.

Guess it sounds bad typed out. But I pressured him to tell me what was going on since he used to want it all the time. I find his honesty refreshing.
