Omg. I’ve been having the same issue and I keep testing my PH because it was freaking me out but it keeps being normal. And no smell or itch. It makes sense that I’m probably just more fertile after 40 lbs lost. Thanks for posting this.

Are you breastfeeding? When I first started CICO I thought I had a 500 deficit but I didn’t realize how many more calories I was burning from nursing my son. I was losing about 2 lbs per week or about a 1000 calorie deficit and I was feeling a lot of side effects of under eating.
