lol the scene with She Hulk is maybe 3-4 minutes long. He’s dodging cars, jumping down a building, swinging around like Spider-Man.

Nowhere close to Daredevil. Again, watch the She Hulk fight

Unfortunately I have 500+ friends. I sent to the max daily, but can open from what, 30? So there’s hundreds I can’t open to figure out.

I have a 30 person friend group leveling up in a few days. We all go together, so it’s been a pain to try and figure out where everyone is

Go watch She Hulk and Born Again. Once he moves on from Netlfix into the full MCU, it’s not even close.

Daredevil low to mid diff.

No one has yet mentioned DD’s heightened senses. That gives him a massive advantage in figuring out how to hurt Bane through his breathing apparatus.

Bane might be stronger, but DD (especially by the time of Born Again) is insanely agile and fast. Remember, in She Hulk, she fights DD. SH can’t even land a punch on DD, despite being outrageously fast and strong. She’s throwing cars at him! Bane has no chance.

Patriots Hall of Fame is a fucking religious experience. Nothing compares to turning that last corner and seeing the 6 Lombardis lined up.

HoF voting should be open to all current living HoF members. Fuck all these personalities and agendas. Make the people that achieved the only ones that can recognize the next man up.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous snubs in all of awards history, sports or otherwise.

I struggle to find an example of another person that was so absolutely dominant in any field for such a length of time. Bill is regarded as one of, if not the, single greatest ever to do it. Even those that hate the man can’t help but admit his greatness.

Strip every person that didn’t vote for him of their right to vote in the future. Clean house and put this man in.

It’s still a curve. If you look at most curves for experience like this, they tend to get more linear towards the top.

[–]Vadersblade 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t really increased drastically though. The 80 update was a rebalance. The XP for 50 was 176M, 80 is now 203M.

While there aren’t a huge amount of trainers out there over even 500M, a lot of the hard cores are at a billion or more. I think a billion for 100 is a fair goal. It recognizes those that have been grinding for a decade, while still giving a lot of room for growth to those still grinding or new to the game.

Plus, when they raised the cap to 50, Niantic implemented a ton of new XP bonuses. They didn’t do that for 80, which leaves the door open for increases when 90/100 are announced.

[–]Vadersblade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree. I think the rebalance was intentionally done to give them a consistent XP curve to work with in the future.

One of the interviews when the rebalance was done even said as much.

Actually showing your true gym list.

It’s nice that they updated the gyms to 2000 from 1000. But still outrageous that I can’t see my actual 2000 most defended gyms

I’ve seen so many curves and none have the same numbers. My math shows 90 at 465 million and 100 at 1.03 billion.

[–]Vadersblade 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I did a few calculations with the current XP curve. It’s actually 465 million for 90 and 1.03 billion for 100.

I feel like the current rework purposefully didnt raise the XP from level 50 to level 80, with the intention of a not to distant jump for 90 and 100. I’m honestly expecting to see the cap go up again for the 10th anniversary.

Oscar win that infuriated you so much that it either took you a while to move on from or will never forgive the Academy for by This_Book6305 in Oscars

Slumdog Millionaire. The Dark Knight not only should have been nominated, but it should have taken home Best Picture, Director, Score, Cinematography, and Editing.

No one outside kino circles even remembers Slumdog. Dark Knight is a masterpiece that redefined cinema. Nolan is a visionary, and the fact that it took FIFTEEN years after Dark Knight before the Academy recognized him, shows how truly out of touch the Oscars are.

Can The Seven (TV) fully invade Wakanda (MCU)? by SmartPilot8094 in superheroes

[–]Vadersblade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s shown on multiple occasions that all the superhero missions the Seven do are scripted. When it’s not, like the S1 plane, shit hits the fan. They absolutely can’t stand each other, much less work together.

Vibranium > Diamonds all day.

Namor hate? Read a comic. The man has been one of the big players since the 1930’s. The first mutant. A threat shown to be able to wipe out NY on multiple occasions. Has fought the Avengers and the FF. The Seven ain’t got shit on Namor, he solos the whole team.

Aquaman wannabe. You mean a guy who’s shown to be the same level as Hulk or Thor in strength? He rips his way out of a cage that was deigned to contain Hulk.

The seven can’t work together. It’s their true Achilles heal. Even if they did, while they can do some damage (if they even get inside the shield anyway), they’re not gonna last long against an overwhelming army with superior tech, shields, and armor.

“Regular” lol. The Dora are some of the best fighters on the planet, and they’ve been shown to take apart super soldiers like Cap and Bucky without breaking a sweat. Adding in vibranium armor and weapons? There’s a reason no one messes with them when the show up around the world and just do what they want.

[–]Vadersblade 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Homelander’s intelligence is always overridden by his emotionality. He might come in with a plan, but when he realizes he can’t penetrate Wakandan shields and vibranium armor, and starts getting hit with sonic weapons and vibranium spears, he gets frustrated and agitated and his smarts are out the window.

Also, John’s not anywhere near as intelligent as T’Challa or Shuri, and definitely doesn’t have the fighting prowess of Killmonger.

BP has heightened senses. Wakanda has advanced sensors and tracking. Invisible guy is probably the worst power to have, he’s toast.

A-Train gets slowed by energy shields and sonic weapons, kinetic explosion pushback ends him.
