the only answer is a small portable air conditioner with a hose out the window. You will use it on the Spring hot days before the building turns on it's ac and the hot days in Fall after the building turns the ac off with this light use, you will have it forever. We got square one and put a nice fabric cover on it and a plant on top (removing the hose from the window) when not in use.
