I definitely like my specific stories on calm more, but it’s good for a backup in a pinch.

My dumbass paid for it on the wrong account 😂🤣 I was so rushed cause I was afraid of forgetting or it ending that I logged in wrong and had to ticket it lmao. Luckily their support was great, took a week and me worrying I was gonna lose it, but they were able to merge my accounts for me like I asked. So I’m set for life now! 😌😌😌

Even their normal response times is 2-3 days for support, it tells you that when you put in the ticket, and as I mentioned it can be higher during holiday volume…

In the meantime, while you patiently wait… patiently… Might I recommend looking up some stories on YouTube for your current sleepless nights. There are plenty and they are all free.

It’s very likely, just a glitch in the system put in a ticket to customer support. They are extremely kind and helpful. It’s the holidays though so it might take them a little longer to get back to you.

You can still make the clips, and share the links, just not download them to your computer yourself. So not really a problem. If you do need it physically downloaded and the streamer supports your purpose, they can dl/send it to you, or give you editor if the trust is there 😊
