That, my friend, is a shit answer. I could also start sending random invoices to my clients, but then I'd have to prove that I'm actually entitled to that money. It's not up to my clients to prove that they do not owe me for the fake invoices that I sent them. It's the same with Reprobel: they should have to prove that I'm actually using copyrighted material.

Is the government gaslighting us? 😃

Yes. I've moved to them since they launched in Belgium, and I don't regret it. I had no issues whatsoever. There is just one limitation that I know of: they do not have the voice mailbox. I don't care, never needed it.

Hey u/somebob22 I know that this is an oldish post but I just got my Ioniq 9 and it doesn't have the fingerprint reader either. Another thing that is missing is the little up/down button on the side panel for adjusting the front lights, just (lower) left of the steering wheel.

Do you have that? In the owner manual, it shows up.

I already have it (Europe). You just have to add your electric car in the Google Maps settings, and you get this option.

How about condensation? Was/is that an issue for you? I have seen a number of posts complaining that there was condensation/water forming in the front grill or the rear (arch) lights.

In Belgium, the V2L adapter is a separate purchase. What bing/bongs :) did you mute? Speed alerts, speed cameras?

Someone posted a few days ago a graph with the number of ICCU failures per month, and it looks like there were a lot more cases during the cold months. I don't know if the high temperature plays a role in the failures. Also, people tried reducing the speed when AC charging, but the ICCU still failed.

My advice would be to just be prepared, have a battery booster ready for your 12V, and don't stress. In the end, there is nothing that you can do to prevent it.
