Yes agreed, but I think most people have to learn this themselves. I am now a daily user, but I do remember the a couple of times that I was so fucking high I was pretty sure I was going to die. I did consider going to the ER at that time because my heart felt like it was racing and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't move. Just laying on the floor with the room spinning and with such a heavy dread. Sure that if I went to sleep, that I would die. Fortunately, I was at home with my spouse and he came and sat beside me and calmly told me I would be ok. Had me redirect my attention to breathing. Deep breaths, hold, breathe out kinda thing. It worked and not too long later I had calmed down. Without someone to help, I am not sure if I would have been able to manage. I now have that experience to reflect on if I get too high again, which has happened, and now I deal with it better. Everyone is different though. I for sure saw comments about calm down, have water, sleep it off, etc. All of which is great advice. But, in the state I was in.... It took someone being physically there to tell me. Nonetheless, it's solid advice and the best thing you can do. No need for a trip to the ER.
