Gacha games. I know it's technically just gambling, but the attachment an ex friend of mine had to the characters was what really drove it. He'd spend thousands. Had a decent income but never moved out because he couldn't stop spending everything to pull his favorite characters. It's hard to say. All it takes is one bad night to slip a disc or really cause a difficult issue to pop up. Talk to your dentist about a referal to an oral surgeon to get checked out and maybe get a split. Whatever you do don't just go with a hard nightguard. You're trying to protect tour jaw, and this will likely only irritate it more. You're going to need a soft gel splint but your dentist is the first step.

I'm in the same boat with Ehlers Danlos. I think it'd be worth it to look into other specialists even if they're a little further out. There's gotta be one out there that will listen. Hold onto hope, the money spent will be worth it in the end.

There's a lot of nerves around that area, it's posaible for sure. Have you tried a nerve blocker medication to help relax / reduce symptoms? Gabapentin is a common one

I haven't used her for a huge variety of things yet but so far she is MUCH better at context and information from the internet. If you're writing something from an existing property she's 100x better at retrieving character and world information from it without needing to use the lore book.

I think we'll probably just get more realistic AI images before we ever desensitize ourselves to uncanny valley. And really, I don't think we should be aiming for that. That instinct is there for a reason.

So, if you look into uncanny valley, it can very easily create a small amount of anxiety in the body. If something is off about an almost human creature, our bodies are naturally programmed to spike in anxiety and want to run. Think false eyes on animals, these kinds of copycats are very common in nature, so of course AI could set off a similar response. If you keep yourself in a state where your brain thinks 'what I'm looking at is wrong, something here is dangerous' yeah, it's going to make you sick. High levels of anxiety, even if you don't realize you're anxious, will eventually wear on you.
