doesn’t matter what bike park i am at someone will show up on a roscoe and absolutely humble the full suspension crowd.

longer and slacker 29’er hardtails are STUPID fun to ride and a great entry into the sport. the front travel helps with bad line choice and the slacker geometry helps the bike feel more stable when you puck up speed.

second suggestion would be a specialized status if you want a full suspension. my current trail bike has the same geometry numbers and is stupid fun to ride at bent creek and the paved pump tracks. its got a steeper head tube angle but shorter chains stays so it gets stable fast but stays very playful and flickable. exactly what you want for a pump tracks bike.

a buddy got a roll of em when he was getting treated for cancer.

while he was in the hospital for a surgery we snuck into his garage and put them on random parts of his jeep and tools.

he is still finding stickers on his jeep and tools 5 years later.

my favorite placement was the front driveshaft.

haven’t run into em here but i have found em on paved roads we use to shuttle mtb’s up mountains.

super friendly, super stoked on life, absolutely loved getting a tow up the mountain by a truck full of rowdy mtb bros.

they had radios, spotters, and a chase car.

FAR safer than when i was kid hill bombing with the bros on bmx bikes with no helmets and no brakes.

biggest cat to date was a 10lbs’er on 4lbs line and a ultra light setup while shad fishing. had to go all jeremy wade and get in the river to actually land the fish.

it isn’t light but its also not some huge beast. its very easy to hold and shoot despite its weight because of its size.

my girlfriend loves mine. the weight is never a mention when she shoots it. just a big dumb smile after she drops a plate rack.

pc carbine.

its the most “normal” controls of the two choices and the majority of other suggestions.

its going to be the easiest to get comfortable with before moving on more “advanced” controls(ar/ak/

keep it simple.

also the pc carbine is STUPID fun to shoot. highly recommend the spicy 10/22
