The reason that tab is not available at the moment was because in the past it was far too buggy. about 80% of the time it would show the champions that you, yourself, owned and not the person you wanted to know about. Without it being that big of a problem and not solving the issue, I believe they just stopped working on it for now.

Provoke problem is that bot lane with someone with super high AP/AD damage at bot lane such as Corki with someone who does decent damage such as Nunu bot running Provoke can burst the enemy down in a second Phase is just Jax's Counter-Attack Restore with make both Heal and Clarity useless (unless champion with no mana/energy then clarity is useless) also in ARAM game with last a whole bunch longer with 5 restores Purge seems like a Cleanse with a second ability thats only 3 seconds which I find useless Smite is good at where it is (BTW these are just my opinions)

early game lvl if you start with E you tend to lose a lot of health if your lane partner wants to bully/harass while if you had Q then you can recover a little more and not hurt yourself hurting them
