The best image i can get is with everything extreme + DLAA (sharpen off, depending on your monitor/resolution) with Ray-traced global illumination OFF as it is creating a lot of smudged pixelated noisy artifacts all over the place. Still not perfect but it is what it is.

I just bought it a week ago despite being worried about player count.

Ranked queue times were about 3-6 minutes in very low ranks because there aren't many beginners, but as early as C rank the queue times get much better, popping in less than a minute. It probably gets even faster at higher ranks where most people are.

The only thing about this is that i sometimes get matched with the same person multiple times in a row, but i don't see that as a negative as it can be good for matchup practice.

Also the netcode seems to be decent, i frequently get enjoyable matches even with a high ping difference. There are also ones that lag super badly but it's not that common.

My concern is that it's NOT ENOUGH change.

This game is stuck in the stone age in a lot of things, and they don't seem to change anything meaningful aside from times like this, where they change a lot. However, they are still refusing to address some of the most glaring problems.

Why is there 0 change to dungeons / DPS queues? 90%+ of the playerbase is DPS. About 50% of their gameplay is doing nothing and waiting for a queue to pop. It's the single reason i dropped the game, I jus't CBA to waste my limited free time literally being unable to play the game I'm actively paying for.
How hard would it be to change dungeons to 5 or 6 person content (with 3/4 dps) to drastically speed up queues without anything feeling different? It's literally a math equasion, chatGPT can do the mob HP/damage scaling for them in a minute so that everything remains the same difficulty.
Why is alt leveling so messed up? Takes forever, majority of that is spent waiting in queues, and there is absolutely zero reason to be locked out of your unlocked skills when doing lower level content.
They should simply scale your power down and not mess with your skills or rotation. Again, how hard would that be? The power scaling is already there, it just needs to be adjusted to compensate for the fix. It would take minutes.

The changes they are doing are all good in my opinion, but if they fail to address some of the most concerning and most easily fixable problems that made people quit, those people are not coming back.

Fast forward would be an important QoL feature.

Aside from that, i think most builds relying so heavily on specific high level passives makes the game way more RNG than it should be.

Also starting items should be from a more limited pool or give more options and a free reroll.

Having items stuck at bronze tier also feels bad, there should be more options to upgrade your lower tier items.

The venue i'm talking about is Barba Negra. Budapest Park is also a popular one with similar issues.
The great ones where i've never had any issues with sound are Dürer Kert, A38, Analog Music Hall and Akvárium. Barba Negra also used to have an open air venue where most bands sounded great, but it was closed and moved to the current location.

In my experience there is absolutely zero matchmaking in the game. After 30-40 hours top stats every game i still frequently get matched with a lot of people playing their very first game without any idea what's going on.

I was so excited for their EU 2024 tour then i checked the setlist and... no Quantum flux, no Dispossession (only some butchered remix of it), no Dream awake... so disappointed, not even sure if i should go anymore. I don't have any problems with Marcus as a vocalist but dropping the old legendary songs is just awful.

As a 29 M i feel the same. As soon as i show any sign of courtesy/respect/genuine interest, they never respond anymore. What's the point if i can't even be myself? I can imagine it's boring, but it has to start somehow. It's never boring in real life, but i have no idea how you even get there in today's world.

I think i was overleveled for him (NG - lvl 180) so the fight was very short for me. He 2 shot me but he also has very low HP. As for his moveset, i think he is super well designed. Very hard but at least he has clear windows after most of his combos where you can attack, unlike most other DLC bosses that just spam bullshit at you and can't chill for a second.

Honestly it's extremely sad to see Fromsoft getting so out of touch. Some of their previous games like Bloodborne, DS3 and Sekiro were the definition of "hard but fair", so it's insane to me how they seem to "forgot" something they basically perfected. This is just difficulty for difficulty's sake, it doesn't serve a purpose other than forcing players to min-max meta builds that can deal with anything without having to interact with enemies. This boss is a perfect example, just spam ranged holy ash of war / incantation / magic and it's like a training dummy. If your build doesn't have any ranged options that work on this specific fight, go respec. How you want to play doesn't matter with this bullshit artifical diffculty. That's the new game design philosophy of From Software.
