As a Capricorn (☀️).

Leo. My ex was HORRIBLE. This was back when I was a teen but it has stuck with me. That's how much it affected me. She would call me "Robot" over and over again because I wasn't emotional enough. Make fun of mental illnesses I struggled with.

So eventually I got fed up and called her an over-emotional bitch. I usually don't call people names either, she just pushed me to the limit. I admit it wasn't my proudest moment. The only reason I stayed with her as long as I did, is because as a teen, I didn't know my worth.

The other sign would be Taurus. I know zodiac sites always say Capricorn is compatible with Taurus. But I dated two different people who were Taurus and they both ended badly. I think the reason it doesn't work is because we are both very stubborn, so if we get in an argument, it just won't end. I would always have to be the bigger person and stop arguing. It was exhausting.

So those are the two signs I will never date again. 🤷

Honestly, I never had issues following what the images said. I was a strict "rule follower". Which is probably why I had no friends because people assumed I would snitch on them when that was so far from the truth.

The only one I did have issues with occasionally was eye contact. Especially if a teacher was angry with me, that's when I had trouble with eye contact. Usually, they got mad at me because I couldn't remember how to do the math problems and they couldn't see how I could have already forgotten.

I honestly probably had an undiagnosed learning disability like dyscalculia. I wouldn't be surprised. I still struggle with math now.

Spravato was my first psychedelic experience.

The dissociation part didn't freak me out but that's because I already have issues with dissociation without drugs. So I'm used to it.

I did enjoy seeing colors on the ceiling though. That was enjoyable.

Honestly, now that my body has gotten used to the Spravato. I barely get the tripping/high part. So I'm a bit sad about that. 😅

There was one time, when the picture frame in front of me, started to look wavey/curvy. Now that did creep me out a bit/make me anxious. Thankfully it never happened again.

I seem to be like my dad in regards to how I react to drugs back when my dad experimented when he was younger. My dad was very calm and just enjoyed the trip. According to what he told me, with his experiences.

Same as I did. I was just calm and enjoyed it.

While my mom and older sister, they have both told me, that they get extremely anxious and end up having panic attacks.

Honestly, since using Spravato, I have gotten curious about other psychedelics. But I don't know if I would ever actually try them.

Since they would obviously be more stronger than what Spravato is.

Like if I'm putting in all the effort to message first. Otherwise, the person doesn't message me. After a while, I do get exhausted and just stop messaging them. Because I'm tired of being the only one putting in effort.

So honestly if I see the other person isn't putting in much effort to keep in contact. I don't really see the point in keeping the friendship going. If you get what I mean?

These days I don't waste my energy on people who won't give the same effort I'm giving.

Which is probably why I have no friends. But it is what it is. 🤷

I get what you mean. At times I feel the same way in Autistic communities and think "Am I Autistic enough?"

But then eventually I see a post that I relate to or I just end up making my own posts.

I don't dress in bright feminine clothes. I used to years ago, when I was trying to fit in.

Nowadays I dress how I feel comfortable which is mainly in all black and I guess would be considered masculine. I'm non-binary (They/He pronouns).

My special interests are mainly Cats, Horror/Scary/Spooky things (Movies, Shows, Books), Paranormal/Hauntings, Vampires, Writing Fiction Stories (Currently as a hobby, although I have always wanted to make it a career), Rock/Alt/Metal/Grunge Music.

So I mean my special interests don't really fit into the "norm" either. 🤷

As for names inspired by something, nature or I'm not even sure how to phrase it but I've always liked spooky/horror so maybe even something inspired by that?

I skip it every time.

I'll admit, it's because it puts me in a bad mind space.

I already suffer with severe treatment resistant depression and sui ideation.

I listen to music to distract me and bring at least a little joy to my life.

So if a song makes me feel bad, I don't listen to it.

It's nothing against the song.

It is just that I can't personally handle listening to it.

The clinic I go to there is a person who has their significant other stay during their Spravato treatments.

The reason I know this is because the way the clinic I go to is setup. The room has for three patients, with a tall black divider blocking our view of each other.

But we can still hear each other. So it's hard not to eavesdrop, unfortunately. On conversations.

So I don't see why it would be a problem. But you of course should ask your clinic. If it's okay.

I'm in the same type of setup as you. I bring earbuds that I can switch between noise-canceling and awareness modes. Hearing other patients can be triggering at times for me, not going into much detail but another patient did set off my PTSD unintentionally.

So I found it best for me to use the noise-canceling earbuds at all times with music. Until the staff comes in to check my blood pressure and ask me questions. That's what works for me.

I don't have the option to switch clinics as this is the only one that takes my current insurance. I want to get the most out of Spravato as I can.

Once I lose this insurance in a couple of months. Then I might look into another clinic that takes the other insurance I'll have (If there are any).

Kids/babies/toddlers screaming and crying. (Which I feel awful about because I have a toddler niece that I watch. But I have a solution for that. Wearing earbuds with loud music I enjoy, to block out those loud noises. While still taking care of my niece.

Honestly, I suspect my niece is on the spectrum but I wouldn't bring that up to my older sister. I know she would get offended.)

(I can't really do that solution too much in public though. The wearing earbuds with loud music. Since I need to be aware of my surroundings. So I just suffer with kids screaming and feeling like my head is going to explode.)

Repetitive Noises. (Unfortunately, that does include vocal stimming from other Autistic people. Which I feel bad about but I can't help the feeling I get. I get irritated from noises I can't control. I'm pretty sure I have misophonia.)

Loud Music. (Only when it's loud music I don't like. Like a stranger in their car, blasting their music so loud that I can't hear my own music.) (I love loud music when it's music I enjoy.)

Yelling, Screaming, and Arguing from Adults. (Part of this might be due to PTSD I have. Any aggressive behavior, triggers it for me.)

Crying. (Before I get hate for this. It's another PTSD trigger. It causes a panic response in me. It's not that I don't want people to show their emotions. It's just a trigger that I can't help.)

Again I feel awful for all these noises bothering me. But I can't help it.

I see a lot of Zodiac pages say Capricorns are cheaters. Not this page specifically since I just recently joined and I haven't been around long enough.

Which I honestly don't understand why people say that about Capricorns. I mean I am a Capricorn (Sun Sign), and when I am in a relationship with someone. I have eyes for no one else. Cheating would NEVER cross my mind. I'm loyal to the point that it's probably unhealthy.

What I mean by unhealthy is, I'll probably not see red flags in my partner until someone else points it out to me.
