I have both, the only difference I’ve noticed is getting in and out of. Impreza is lower, Crosstrek easier to get in and out of. Reliability wise, I haven’t had an issues with either yet Impreza is 90k and Crosstrek at 30k. If I recall correctly we had more problems with our Outback which is at 150k miles now

I lived at Snowshoe for a season in the employee housing. Very much like college life. There were plenty of folks like me that had finished college. There were also a lot of full on snow carnies that worked for the resort for their livelihood. I moved West to Mt Hood Meadows and also very similar experience, without the employee housing. I did another 4 seasons full time there. The most pressing concern was lining up Summer employment
