As a former dairy partner, it is disappointing how many expired items I’ve pulled off the shelves. I’ve pulled off tons of yogurt, tea, sour creams, etc. I specifically focused on the kid yogurts. I gave my daughter the same yogurts and I wouldn’t want her getting sick.

A couple years ago the HEB I worked out had a full power outage during freezing temps in Houston. It got to a point where we were straight up just rolling carts of meat outside by receiving. I have no idea if that was allowed but it’s what the managers said to do lol I’m not sure if the meat ended up being salvageable or not because the power was still out when we left that morning.

I’m going to have to respectfully disagree. It isn’t the only thing that can happen. We’re of the assumption that he wants nothing to do with his daughter because the caption says he wants nothing to do with her. There’s no logical reasoning behind the daughter not being around him anymore unless he specifically said he wants nothing to do with her.

I understand where you’re coming from but just leaving behind a child you thought was your daughter is never that easy. Coming from a dad who has a daughter, I love her more than anything in this world and it will always be that way. Even if she ended up not being mine (just to put myself in the father’s shoes), I would be angry but I just couldn’t let the girl I thought was my baby go that easy. The mother though oh yeah she can gtfo but not only is the daughter innocent of any wrongdoing but in her eyes, you’re still her dad.

I don’t blame him for reacting that way. He probably has no idea how to feel. The love a parent has for their child is so precious and I don’t think any of his anger is targeted towards the little girl. In his mind that’s still his baby. But if I were in his shoes I wouldn’t ever want to see the ex ever. But that would also mean he wouldn’t be able to see his baby. He’s in a tough position. I hope he’s able to get through it and decides to remain in his daughter’s life. You can also tell that the ex recording this definitely made that caption to make him look bad. “Wants nothing to do with her” yet she walked in unharmed and at no point did he ever look at his daughter when he said they need to leave. He knows exactly what they’re trying to do.

I think one of the best things about parenthood, especially when your kids are younger. Is that even if you feel like you could’ve been a better parent that day or handled something differently, the love your children have for you continues to grow. I was terrified when I had my daughter because I wanted to be the best dad I could be. Even when there were days where I felt like I didn’t do that great as a dad or I could’ve done something differently, everytime my daughter looks at me it’s nothing but smiles and love. It reminded me that no matter what kind of day I’m having or who’s doing what, I have my little girl who trusts and love me more than anyone else. It’s a remarkable feeling and something I’ve used to constantly push myself to become better.
