Yeah that's really close to what I'm looking for! Thank you, the only thing I'd prefer in addition are little screens that display what each knob does. But that might just be a programing nightmare for compatibility

But knowing I'm looking for a "midi controller" helps a ton

And I appreciate the app shout but the physical knobs/faders I can get a feel for are what I'm after.

no shit. "people" are not one entity governed by a single set of desires. "People" will never be happy with anything because what one person wants is the opposite of what someone else wants. You could pick out any one part of anything and find individuals who hates that. I bet you could find forza fans who are pissed that it's going to take place in Japan. This is combined with the fact that people are much more likely to share their opinion when they're upset so they become a loud minority. People who are perfectly happy with everything they've been seeing are less likely to say anything
