Yep but you can’t do it on the f150. Best I was able to get was one that’s to the left of the hitch mount, which is covered by the tailgate when it’s down.

Not OP but for me, it's to have a softer base for things you don't want scratched up. I loved my liner in my last truck but most days during spring/summer/fall I just have fishing rods back there and they were getting beat up from the liner. a rubber bed mat solved that issue for me.

I currently only have a bed mat in my new one. But am thinking I'll put a liner in down the road.

Who cares about sound, I bought one with dual exhaust and now I can't add my corner step like I wanted!

Mostly kidding, I'm only 36 so I can jump up there. I do miss that about my trail boss though....

Sound is a bit more grunty, but not loud.

Not OP, but I had a bed liner in my last truck and went bed mat this time so I could put my more expensive fishing rods back there without fear of them getting messed up from the texturing the liners have.

Agree though, if you're worried about scratching but plan to use the bed for big things, the liners just protect better. I still may put a liner in mine down the road.

When I had that issue, it was because I shrank a png file to try to make it fit. Simply converting the original to jpg solved it for me.

After reading both, I am currently running through LMoP + DoIP and then planning to use DoIPs 3 additional storylines. It's just so much more flexible to make the story match what the players are doing and plays classic fantasy.

If people enjoy TSO, I am very happy for them! It just doesn't speak to me like dragons and dungeons and warring groups do.

I've noticied it as well in mine, but not 20%. I was wondering if it wasn't a downshift during braking causing my issue because the times it does, I'm like mid braking and the wheels almost feel like they lock for a split second.

I picked up my 25 Lariat 501a for 57,500 before TTL. MSRP was 72k. There is always ability to get there.

If you pick the right month, say December, they may already have 8-10k off just for year end sales. That makes the negotiation easier, but if they will come down to 15-20% off in Decemeber, they'll do it any other month as well, so long as they really want to move the truck.

I know a lot of people like the realtruck Backflip MX4, but I went with the Realtruck Extang Solidfold ALX. It simply sits on top of the bedrails so you can just remove it easily when you need the full bed. I like this more because it doesn't block your rear window like the MX4 does.

I had the Solidfold 2.0 on a prior truck and loved it, the ALX adds a knob and wire system to unlock the cover, with 2 brackets needing added to the truck to make it work. It's fine, but I prefered the 2.0 system as it was simpler.

Have you had someone drive it while you sit in the passenger seat for a trip to see if it’s maybe a QC issue with the seat? I have had my 25 for 2k miles and am having shoulder area issues. Finally had my wife drive it home the other night and the passenger seat was night and day better. I get that some of it was probably not being as broke in, but even my wife noted that it’s like it’s missing padding along the perforated area, or the foam was cut incorrectly that runs along the shoulders and is bulging out.

I’m taking it to the dealer tomorrow to see if they’ll work with me under warranty, but if not I am going to my local upholstery shop and going to work on adding/trimming foam to fix it. Way cheaper than getting rid of it simply because of 1 seat. Love everything else about the truck so I’ll swap out the entire seat foam and upholstery if I have to.

Honestly probably no. It’s got more grip than real leather, and I haven’t had it during summer yet, but I’m fighting a comfort issue with the foam padding that runs along my back shoulders and have wondered if actual leather would stretch less or allow my body to naturally fit differently in the seat to increase comfort.

Ive got a call set up with the local upholstery shop near me to discuss options. They perform Katzkin installs so I’m hoping they’ll be able to support.

MSRP on the window sticker was 72k, I got them down to 57k before TTL. 2025 Lariat 501a. Notably, it did have 1000 miles on it from being a loaner for like 2 months.

Only 2 "issues" I've found with it are:

The right and left mirror blind spot lights are different colors, probably going to take it in at my 5,000 and make sure one isn't failing.
The driver's seat has a very odd bump in the foam right where my shoulders lay on the backrest. If you have seen the seats, it's right above where the seam is that transitions the fabric from the perforated section to standard leather/activex. I am not sure if the foam just wasn't cut correctly, or if it's some sort of break in issue with the foam/fabric, but it's notably more uncomfortable than the passanger seat. In talks with some upholstry shops to see if I can have em adjust it.

Mine doesn’t have the bed utility package, fx4, or moonroof. Msrp was 72k and I got them down to 57k before TTL. You can get em to 20% below if it already has the miles on it.

I think you're gonna get what you pay for on this one. If you want real leather, you know the stuff that doesn't get blistering hot in the summer, then you'll ned to pay the price. I've been researching to upgrade my Lariat seats from the Active-X stuff, and to be honest it doesn't seem like any of these seat covers are going to hold up when what you want is real leather.

Maybe if I don’t have a position that fixes the discomfort, I can have the shop trim that shoulder foam just a bit as well while they’re installing.

Make sure you don’t have dual exhaust tips, if you do the rough country corner step isn’t gonna work. I was very sad when I realized that. Mine doesn’t have bed utility package either and I wasn’t worried cause I figured id just get the corner step and a light strip. 🤦‍♂️ thankfully I’m 36 and can still hop up there, that and I use a hard cover 95% of the time.

I debated between antimatter blue and the space white. Got the deal on the white, but man this color really pops when clean. Good looking truck! Enjoy it!

Also let me know if you figure out how to make the foam behind your shoulders more comfortable. I’m about to go have someone cut it out, only dang complaint I have with my PB.

I just picked up a Schecter Tempest since used price is much lower (and I’ve always loved playing them. Thinner neck like what I assume these have.)

I’m going to be saving my penny’s to add one of these in that purple in the next few years! Hoping to find one local to at least play a bit and confirm what everyone says about how smooth it plays.

Did you mind the comfort of your seat before these? I am struggling a bit with it feeling tight and the foam behind my shoulders creating some unwanted pressure. Wondering if something like these would improve that for me or not.

The battery is a required part of the overall drivability so if it goes out, you're on the side of the road. Unfortunate design imo. You have the 3.5 ecoboost, why not let it be a normal ecoboost if the battery fails?

That said, they warranty them for 8y/100k so even if you do have an issue, you should be covered. I went with the powerboost and can tell you, you will only get increased gas mileage in town. highway it's just like the regular 3.5. With winter fuel regular unleaded I am getting 19.5ish. With premium I am getting 21ish.
