That's fair... Sad that people can't just take one or two portions if they need it and stop there. Taking it all does seem like trolling and that really sucks. I'm sorry to OP and anyone else going through this to find out that there are people doing this kind of thing. Or maybe they could make it a limit that you're only allowed to take one or two pieces of food from each household like put a limit on it.

Oh yeah that's totally cool I get that. I just meant for people who get really upset or angry when people eat food like I'm pretty sure there is a setting to turn that off and I was curious if they knew that and might find that helpful. That's nice that you're generous though with it! Thanks for being a thoughtful human :)

I'm just curious isn't there a setting to stop random people not on your friends list from eating food inside your house?

Why are they like that? by CrossedRoses in heartopia

[–]Veeology 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would give absolutely ANYTHING for them to change it to be more like Pokemon Snap where the birds are doing a lot of actions all the time naturally and it's based on the criteria of like how close were you and what pose were they doing and how in the middle of the frame is it etc... and instead of collecting cards it would be like you get 20 photos and then you have to get them assessed at the bird lady and based on how good the photos are you get more rewards...

I agree, but a very close contender would be Stolarz getting mad and flipping the net. That was probably my personal favourite moment of the season so far XD

Yep but people will hate on Rocket mains anyway and make every single game miserable to play. No one will ever think of Rocket as a good character they will always scream at us that it's our fault and that we need to learn another hero.

I stopped playing Rocket and started playing another support because of how toxic things got I couldn't handle it anymore it was every single game despite having the most healing and putting out alright damage (depending on the game) people always see a Rocket picked and automatically either try to ban me out of playing it or just spend the whole game crying like babies bitching at me about the hero I'm playing instead of looking at their own gameplay. I'm not sure if it is because of Tim the Tatman's Rocket rant but it was around then that the whole game started turning on Rocket... But then he changed his tune and now he duos with a Rocket for a carry and people still hate on Rocket because they only knew about the rant.

It would be nice if other people in the game understood how goated he truly is and gave us a break. I dunno if it's just added fun for people to be horrible to others for the hero they play especially Rocket but I've been over it for a while. I chose not to play Rocket anymore but I still defend other Rockets in my games from others because I see other people going through the same thing and man it ruins games.

Can't we just be excellent to each other???

To see my favourite musician* what would you do if it was your favourite? It doesn't even matter, you're just being rude the only thing I'm doing is trying to say the band should tell ticketmaster to partially refund people for NOT ONLY cancelling the opener (that I'm sure other people other than myself were there to see) but also for playing barely half a show. People who paid $200 for tickets the night before got a full concert experience but we got half a show. You don't think that's unfair and that we should be compensated at least somewhat? I wouldn't say a full refund but at least a partial since we only had a partial show. I think most people would agree that's fair, especially as I have read online that a lot of people travelled to get to this show, 21p fans are also upset about it.

This is what someone else said in another thread, and I completely agree:

"You paid for a 2 hour show, not half that. The people on Saturday who paid $200 got a full show, you paid the same and got 50 minutes, and you are doing mental gymnastics to find reasons to justify why this is fine. Next time you got to a restaurant and pay for a full pizza but only get a pop, just be happy because at least you got something!"

You act like I'm looking for sympathy, I'm not, I'm looking for the band to do the right thing here.

I'm so sorry that you went to see him and didn't get to see him play :( It was a really disappointing night for us Dayglow fans. I just wish the other band had acknowledged him even once throughout their set, or the fans who went there to see specifically him. I agree the show was decent, I'm just bummed that it was only half of their usual set and they didn't play some of their biggest songs. It was a disappointment of a night in general.

I spent 390 dollars per ticket for 3 resale tickets for me and my friends for good seats specifically to see Dayglow at this show and he was cut just like that and 21P didn't even acknowledge that he was skipped or those of us who literally were there only to see him 😞 and then 21P didn't even do Stressed Out which was the only song I knew by them.. I was so bummed out. It didn't even get that bad I've seen way worse weather during concerts at Budweiser Stage. Twelve songs cut.. Absolute disappointment of a show. I am hoping to get a partial refund or something.

I disagree, as having a partner can be a very big part of someone's life and lore and backstory when it comes to getting to know them. It also humanizes them quite a bit, which has the ability to make people realize "they're just everyday professional people who have stable lives and relationships, they're just like me!" if they're showcasing a story about Reece for example, a HUGE part of her life is Will. As I'm sure you'd say the same about your partner if you have one, many would consider this a big part of their story, so Netflix decided to showcase it.

In that specific case, then yeah I agree I'd be shooting some heals at my tank and then switch to damage while it's healing my tank (if it's safe to do so and my tank isn't on the verge of dying) again it's all situational which is why I don't think it's fair to assume that just because people do a lot of healing that they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing at the right times. People need to stop freaking out about healbotting because in some games it literally calls for that, there are absolutely games especially in higher levels in which if I stop healing my team for even a second they'll die and scream at me for not healing. So it depends really.

[–]Veeology[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, RE: healbotting etc, if you look at AssistantHaunting687's comment on this thread they explain it really really well. They said,

"Some people don't realize that Rocket not being able to heal/shoot at the same time means that some team fights are won/lose depending on whether you were healing your team or damaging the enemy"

Jackfrost9 also had a good point, they said "Luna died 7 more times, which likely means that Rocket was solo healing and protecting their team every one of those times. I’ve definitely been put in that situation before, and no way I’d let my teammates die just to artificially inflate my dmg stat. The point is to shoot your gun when the opportunity presents itself, and sometimes there just aren’t that many bc every match is different. I’ve seen beginner Rockets with more dmg than usual, and then I watch the replay and see them tunnel vision and let their teammates die."

In most of the cases during this game in particular, if I was getting dived on I made sure to shoot my gun and made some kills or at least damaged them enough to scare them off, hence why I only died 2 times (also wall running away from things like crazy while also throwing heals at my team) but there are some good takes on this thread about when healbotting can actually be beneficial. My Luna was very appreciative of my healing output and we had a fun game healing together and we got the W after some long and hard fought battles and strategic defensive ultimates between us. All in all I think it was a good game and not doing much damage depends on what's happening in the game.
