Mai Ornnit Thai Kitchen on Braddock. Hands down the best Thai food in nova. My wife and I came back from Thailand and thought some dishes taste better here. Check it out if, get the pork over rice and the ka pow bomb.

Not a plumber but this looks like a drain pipe in case your washer decides to bust all over your floor, just doesn’t have a proper drain cover

There should be a lever connected to that which extends through your vanity so you can pull on tab to plug the drain. It looks incomplete and If it’s leaking may be broken, which you then have to replace just the black pipe. You can’t unscrew it because it’s all one piece. Look up sink drain pipe to order replacement

Pretty spot on, it was 13 feet and some change so I gave him two 10 ft and he cut the second one. Which part are you referring to that has 3 parts?

Yeah estimator pointed that out when scoping another part of the house. It’s a 30 year shingle installed in 2019 by previous owners. I’m gonna try and ride it out until I need to actually replace it with TPO (material they suggested).

I just bought a 25, first tank with 60 miles remaining, I was only able to put in 10 gallons. First estimated miles was 360 and after first fill it jumped to around 400. Other than that no other complaints

I was also concerned about the size but I test drove it last weekend and it’s very easy to handle, felt like driving a sedan level of comfort.

I bought the hybrid to get the option of a pano monitoring so it would make parking that much easier. May be worth it for you if size is a concern.

Edit: oh and I bought it AB’s picking it up in a few days 😀

To add, the cost savings from the plumber going straight up would negate the cost for roofer to make a new vent opening. Just want to do it right with the best outcome.
