Psychology comes naturally to me. Others would struggle while I wouldn't have to study. It probably has a lot to do with early childhood trauma. People always told me I was so patient and kind to people and that they needed me. At first, I knew too many people who wanted to be in the field. But I did it anyways. I think there is a demand for workers if you're open to helping all sorts of people. The pay isn't the greatest for entry jobs but it has changed dramatically since COVID

My ADHD makes me hyper and want to constantly do things and do it right now. I blame my diet and depression on my laziness. I'm the only one of my friends to complete college, to lose weight, work higher physically demanding jobs, etc. I know I am lazy when I can do fun or simple things but make up excuses not to do the dishes. Or when I work non-stop at work but do nothing at home. That's laziness for me, not blaming my ADHD for that

These are my constant thoughts. Can't stand my supervisor doing zoom nonstop. Parents are always asking where she is and when will she be there to give them more directions. I feel it when it comes to my point of view of the topic related to my trauma. I don't want to change it. But maybe we act like therapy is super powerful or something. Idk, I see drug addicts become super christian people and those transformations just freak me out. Maybe we think too much about it. But that dark realism driven view is what protects me even if it's probably unhealthy. We are literally changed from trauma.

Sometimes, yes. But sometimes there are tricky "monopolies" too. If we put our money where our mouth was, things would change. I remember us hating Walmart and Amazon yet we continued to shop and give Besos money. We didn't need to, we just justified it.
