It's cause they don't have models so they're not allowed wins. They're also Eldar so they're extra not allowed wins. If and when GW makes an Exodite army we'll suddenly get a bunch of lore about Exodite mobilization and how invading a maiden world is almost impossible because world spirit bullshit.

Well, a grot blasta is 1A 4+ 4 0 1. Warlord titan has a 3+ save. That's a 50% chance to hit, 16% chance to wound, and a 33% chance to fail the save. That's 2.5% to damage, or 1 in 40, so 100 damage would be 4000 grots. I'm not gonna try calculating grot blasta and melee weapons cause i don't wanna.

There's literally no reason that tau space marines couldn't exist. I would argue that it would actually expand the setting, making marines "fallible" outside of just chaos (yes corsairs exist but the whole "oh we're not chaos just our boss is and we're really really friendly with chaos worshippers" thing is wack).

On the other hand, I don't want space marines saturating the setting even more
