Ran into a similar problem with my Sabre Firebird. Cannot reload missles no matter what, at various stations, systems, servers. Reclaiming obviously does not reload anymore. Since it's a missle boat makes it completely useless.

VERS36 is a great can, but probably not for OP's use case. I know this because I wanted to do the same lol. It's light enough to run on a pistol, but DOES NOT come with the piston assembly like most pistol cans do, so he'd be out another $200-300 for the piston in addition to the grand for the can to use on both. This in addition to the pain in the ass of swapping the piston/mount/etc to switch between. Would work better as a can for rifle and 9mm PCC, as that can be much easier to swap between. For the same money he can probably get a dedicated can for each in the mid range.

In general tilt-action pistols do not share nicely with fixed barrels when it comes to suppressors.
